Try this spicy winter twist on a classic cocktail…
- Muddled mint
- 25ml agave
- 25ml rum (optional)
- 25ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
- Crabbie’s Original Alcoholic Ginger Beer
- Plenty of crushed ice
- GLASS: A long Collins
Fill the glass with the mint, agave, lemon juice and top with Crabbie’s Alcoholic Ginger Beer.
Add a heap of crushed ice. For a true taste of Cuba, add a hit of rum.
Or make it a Mojito Deluxe… Double up the rum and serve in a bamboo glass crammed with ice.
Garnish with a fresh sprig of Mint.
