    • Turquoise polka-dot paper Orange ribbon
    • Small circle punch
    • 3-D foam pads
    • Bunting stamp, Little Claire
    • Ink-pad: light pink, dark pink, turquoise and orange
    • Peach baker’s twine
    • Banners #2 stamp set, Sizzix
    • Self-adhesive gems
    1. Cut two pieces of aqua card to 16cm x 20.5cm. Trim turquoise polka-dot paper to 15.5x20cm and stick to one of the aqua pieces. Add orange ribbon across the middle and secure on the back with tape. Fix the other aqua card to the reverse to cover the ends of the ribbon.

    2. On your home computer create a text box, 12cm x 17cm. Type your invitation wording inside the text box and print onto white card. If you don’t have a computer, you can write this by hand. Trim so the white card is 11.5cm x 16.5cm. Cut the corners off using a circle punch to create a notched effect.

    3. Using 3-D foam pads, attach the white card to the centre of the polka-dot paper. Using the Bunting stamp set, print a banner onto white card, spelling out the word ‘Party’, as shown. Carefully cut this out and colour in the flags. Glue this to the top-left corner of the invitation.

    4. Adhere baker’s twine along the top of the banner and tie two small bows to add to each end. Using the Banners #2 Sizzix stamp set, print three flags onto different coloured card and cut out. Arrange and glue to the top right corner of the invitation. Add a sticky gem to the top flag and five sticky gems to embellish the bottom of the invitation.
