    You’ll need
      • Brown paper
      • Natural jute twine
      • Green duck feathers
      • White parcel ribbon
      • Masking tape
      • Brown card parcel tags
      • Silver leaf
      • Spray adhesive
      • Double-sided tape
      • Staple
      1. Wrap your parcels neatly in brown paper. Instead of using sticky tape to seal the parcel, use double-sided tape so that no tape is showing on the surface. Take the ends of the string and the white parcel ribbon, leave approximately 35cm to 40cm loose, then carefully wrap them together twice around the parcel.

      2. Twist the ribbon and the string on the base, then wrap in the opposite direction, bringing the ends to the top of the parcel. Tie a knot on top, then a bow. Use the blunt side of a pair of scissors to pull along the length of the bows’ tails to form coils.

      3. To make a gift tag, use masking tape to cover the top part of a brown parcel tag, spray the remainder with adhesive, then apply a sheet of silver leaf. Cover with a sheet of paper, then smooth the surface, attaching the silver leaf to the tag. Run your finger tips around the edges to remove any excess.

      4. Open the top of the organza bag and staple the bag to the top of the tag. Place a green feather inside along with the name of the person the gift is for. Pull the bag closed and then replace the string of the tag with silver cord and tie to the top of the parcel with a bow.
