• Knit a heart cushion
You’ll need:
    • 10mm needles
    • 30cm cushion pad
    • 35cm x 35cm fabric for back
    • Hayfield Chunky With Wool: 1 ball hollyberry; 1 ball cream

    Cast on using cream 27st.

    Row 1: Purl.

    Row 2: Purl.

    Row 3: Knit.

    Row 4 and all other even rows: Purl.

    Row 5: K13 MB k13.

    Row 7: K10 [MB k1] x 4 k9.

    Row 9: K9 [MB k1] x 5 k8.

    Row 11: K8 [MB k1] x 6 k7.

    Row 13: K7 [MB k1] x 7 k6.

    Row 15: K6 [MB k1] x 8 k5.

    Row 17: K5 [MB k1] x 9 k4.

    Row 19: K4 [MB k1] x 10 k3.

    Row 21: K3 [MB k1] x 11 k2.

    Row 23: K2 [MB k1] x 12 k1.

    Row 25: K3 [MB k1] x 5 k2 [MB k1] x 5 k2.

    Row 27: K2 [MB k1] x 5 k4 [MB k1] x 5 k1.

    Row 29: K3 [MB k1] x 4 k6 [MB k1] x 4 k2.

    Row 31: Knit.

    Row 32: Purl.

    Row 33: Knit.

    Row 34: Cast off knitwise.

    Finishing

    Sew your fabric to the back of the knit and insert cushion pad – I’ve also added a few tassels but you can decorate it further however you would like!
