Keep Cool During National Picnic Week With Some Tasty Yog-Pops

We are now in the middle of National Picnic Week, and what better way to celebrate than to whip up some delicious frozen treats to enjoy with your friends and family in the (fingers crossed) sunshine! FAGE have come up with this fun and healthy alternative to ice-lollies; let us introduce you to the Yog-Pop! This recipe uses apricots and pistachios, but feel free to use your own favourite flavours and fruits.

APRICOT AND PISTACHIO YOG-POPS – Serves 6

    YOU’LL NEED
      • 250g TOTAL Greek Yoghurt
      • 250ml double cream
      • 50g pistachio nuts, chopped
      • 4 tbsp apricot jam
      1. In a bowl whisk together the Greek yoghurt and cream until thick and creamy.
      2. Fold in the pistachio nuts and apricot jam and fill your lolly moulds.
      3. Place in the freezer for a minimum of 2 hours.
