Lavender Heat Wrap DIY

Alleviate sore muscles and tired limbs with a microwaveable heat wrap. Ours has been stitched in gorgeous Dashwood Studio fabrics - the Cotton Candy collection - and you can fill it with dried wheat or rice, whichever you prefer. Don’t forget to add the all-important dried lavender. Not only will it smell divine as it heats up, but the scent will soothe and relax too.
