Crafts Blog

Now this is what we’re talking about! While searching for affordable fabrics for upholstery projects, we came across this fabulous sofa covered in material from Just Fabrics www.justfabrics.co.uk/furniture/sofas. The sofa itself is (unsurprisingly) no longer for sale, but what caught our eye was the mismatched yet complementary fabrics, and it got us thinking… why does everything have to be upholstered in matching fabric?

Choose A Range Of Fabrics

If you’re not quite brave enough yet to add a statement sofa to your living room, but love the idea of coordinating fabrics in your chosen colour scheme, why not start small? Make simple envelope scatter cushions in a range of mismatched fabrics or, if your upholstery skills are up to it, how about a living room chair covered in gingham, its cushions in a floral fabric?

What a great way to feature all your favourite fabrics under one roof.
