  • Vintage decoupage desk tidy
    You’ll need
      • Old magazines
      • Self-assembly letter rack, Kaisercraft
      • Acrylic paint
      • PVA
      1. Paint the edges of each piece of the desk tidy with coloured acrylic paint. Trim magazine pages to size and paste in place with PVA. Leave the glue to dry before carefully trimming away any overhang with a craft knife. Remember to cut away any paper that is covering the assembly slots.

      2. Cover the other side of each panel in the same way, then glaze the completed collages with PVA. Reassemble the desk tidy when dry, using a thick PVA to strengthen the joins.
