  • Mini piñata
    You’ll need

      *Card cereal packet

      *Sticky tape

      *Glue stick

      *Coloured tissue

      1. Draw a simple donkey shape onto card and cut out. Draw around this to make a second card shape. Trim 2.5cm strips of card and tape these between the two donkey shapes, bending and folding the strips where necessary to join the shapes together to make a 3D animal.

      2. Cut several 5cm wide strips of coloured tissue. Fold each piece in half lengthways and cut a fringe into the open side of each. Work from the bottom of the donkey upwards, glueing fringe around the shape to cover the card. When you reach the top of the animal use short overlapping pieces to cover its back, neck and head.
