For the Keyring, you will need:
    • Yarn and hook from your Sweet Dreams crochet kit
    • Toy filling
    • Metal bag clasp
For the Needle Case, you will need:
    • Yarn and hook from your Sweet Dreams crochet kit
    • Small square of fabric: 30cm x 30cm
    • Small square of felt: 30cm x 30cm
    • Sewing needle and thread
    • 6 small beads (optional)

    Size: 11.5cm x 11.5cm when closed

For the Flower Garland, you will need:
    • Pink yarn and hook from your Sweet Dreams crochet kit
Keyring

    Puff Stitch: *yoh, insert hook into stitch, yoh draw hook back through stitch (3 loops on hook), rep from * twice more (7 loops on hook), yoh draw through all 7 loops. 1 puff stitch made. Beginning Cluster: 2ch, *yoh, insert hook stitch, yoh draw hook back through stitch, yoh draw through first 2 loops (2 loops left on hook) rep from * once more (3 loops left on hook), yoh and draw through all 3 loops. Full Cluster: *yoh, insert hook into stitch, yoh draw hook back through stitch, yoh draw through first 2 loops (2 loops on hook) rep from * twice more (4 loops left on hook), yoh and draw through all 4 loops.

    Front and Back (make 2 circles): Using Yellow, make 4ch, join into a loop with a sl st into 4th ch from hook. Work Round 1 into the centre of the loop. Rnd 1: 3ch, 16tr into ring, join with a sl st to the 3rd of first 3ch. Cut yarn and fasten off. (17 sts). Rnd 2: Join Blue with a sl st to any tr, 1 puff stitch into same st, 1ch, [1 puff stitch into next st, 1ch] 16 times, sl st into top of first puff st. (17 puff stitch and 17 1ch spaces). Cut yarn and fasten off. Rnd 3: Join Pink to with a sl st to any 1ch space, 1 beginning cluster into same space, 2ch, [1 full cluster into next 1ch space, 2ch] to the end, join with a sl st into top of beginning cluster. (17 cluster and 17 2ch spaces). Cut yarn and fasten off. Rnd 4: Join Yellow with a sl st to the top of any cluster, 3ch (counts as first tr), 1tr into next st, *1tr into next 2ch-space, 1tr into each of the next 2 sts; rep from * to the end. (51 sts). Join with a sl st to 3rd of first 3ch. Cut yarn and fasten off. Weave all yarn ends into WS and trim.

    Making up: Place circles with WS together and RS outermost. Make a slipknot onto hook with Yellow and join yarn with a sl st to the back loops only of any 2 corresponding stitches. Join stitches with a sl st into each st, working through back loops only of each stitch to the end. Sl st into first sl st. Do not cut yarn. Make 23 or 30 chain (depending on length required) then sl st into 2nd ch from hook, sl st into each ch to the end. Cut yarn and fasten off. Weave ends into main circle and trim. Attach to bag clasp or ring as appropriate (either sew or thread ring through crochet chain). Make a small pompom and attached to bag clasp or ring using a length of yarn slight shorter than the crocheted chain.

Needle Case

    Front and Back (make 2 squares) Using Blue yarn and 3mm hook, make 4ch. Join with a sl st to form a loop and work Round 1 into the centre of the loop. Round 1: 3ch (counts as first tr), 2tr into the ring, 2ch, *3tr into the ring, 2ch; rep from * twice more. Join with a sl st to 3rd of first 3ch. Sl st into each of the next 2tr then sl st into corner space ready to start round 2. Round 2: 3ch (counts as first tr), (2tr 2ch 3tr) all into the same 2ch space, *(3tr 2ch 3tr) into next 2ch space, rep from * twice more, join with a sl st to 3rd of first 3ch. Cut yarn and fasten off. Round 3: Make a slipknot onto hook with Yellow and join yarn with a sl st to any 2ch corner space. 3ch (counts as first tr), (1tr 2ch 2tr) all into the same 2ch space, *1tr into each of next 6tr, (2tr 2ch 2tr) into next 2ch corner space, rep from *twice more, 1tr into each of next 6tr, join with a sl st to 3rd of first 3ch. Cut yarn and fasten off. Round 4: Make a slipknot onto hook with Pink and join yarn with a sl st to any 2ch corner space. 1ch (not counted as a stitch), *3dc into corner space, 1dc into each tr to next corner space; rep from * to end. Join with a sl st to first dc. Cut yarn and fasten off. (10dc along each side and 3dc into each corner). Round 5: Make a slipknot onto hook with Blue and join yarn with a sl st to any centre dc of the 3 corner dc. 3ch (counts as first tr), (1tr 2ch 2tr) all into the same dc, *1tr into each dc to next corner space, (2tr 2ch 2tr) into next dc; rep from *twice more, 1tr into each dc to the end, join with a sl st to 3rd of first 3 ch. Cut yarn and fasten off. (16tr along each side and 2 ch in each corner). Round 6: Rep Round 4 using Yellow. (16 dc along each side and 3dc into each corner). Round 7: Rep Round 5 using Pink. (22tr along eachside and 2ch in each corner). Round 8: Rep Round 4 using Yellow. (22dc along each side a 3dc in each corner). Weave all loose ends of yarn into WS and trim.

Floral garland

    Row 1: ch15, ch6, sl st into 7th st from hook to make a flower foundation ring, repeat 27 more times or the number of flowers wanted, ch15 (28 foundation rings total) Row 2: 1sl st into each chain along the 15ch sections that are not part of a flower ring. Fasten off.

    Flower Middles 3.5mm hook, work around each flower ring, alternating yellow or blue yarn.

    Round 1: attach yarn, ch1, 12dc around the ring, sl st into 1st st (12 total) Fasten off.

    Flower with Long Round Petals 3.5mm hook, choose a yarn that contrasts with the middle.

    Round 1: attach yarn, ch3, 1tr in 1st st, ch3, 1sl st in same st, sl st into next st, repeat until end of the round (total 12 petals) Fasten off, weave in loose ends.

    Flower with Short Round Petals 3.5mm hook, choose a yarn that contrasts with the middle.

    Round 1: attach yarn, ch2, 1htr in 1st st, ch2, 1sl st in same st, sl st into next st, repeat until end of the round (total 12 petals) Fasten off, weave in loose ends.

    Flower with Loopy Petals 3.5mm hook, choose a yarn that contrasts with the middle.

    Round 1: attach yarn, ch6, sl st in same st, ch6, sl st in next st, repeat until end of the round (total 24 petals) Fasten off, weave in loose ends.

    Daisy Flower 3.5mm hook, choose a yarn that contrasts with the middle.

    Round 1: attach yarn, ch5, start 2nd ch from hook, 4sc, sl st into 1st st, sl st in next st, repeat until end of the round (total 12 petals) Fasten off, weave in loose ends.
